Although some choose to wear a robe over their top, salon robes are provided with the idea of actually replacing your top which prevents any possibility of your clothing being damaged by color and also eliminates the potential discomfort caused by small bits of hair becoming embedded in your clothing. The technique of hair cutting that we use at Salon Mode requires us to sometimes cut directly on your neck or on your back so if possible please refrain from wearing tops with hoods or turtle necks or please change out of them and into a robe at the time of your service. Spacious restrooms are conveniently located across the hall or around the corner for changing. Please change upon arrival if you wish to wear a robe.

Arrival & Waiting Area
If you arrive early and no one is in the salon please have a seat in one of the chairs outside the studio as we will be right back and may have needed to run down the hall for a quick errand. The waiting area is anywhere along the hall where there are chairs and if when you arrive while we are with a guest, help yourself to some tea or coffee on top of the mini fridge and then wait in the waiting area until we are finished with my current guest. If you are going to wait in an area where you are not visible to us make sure that we see you when you arrive so we know to look for you at your appointment time.
Credit Card Transactions
We currently accept: Visa, MasterCard and Discover
At the time of signing your digital receipt gratuity added to your total should be done before pressing proceed to finalize your transaction. Transactions cannot be modified once complete. Gratuity percentages automatically are only applied to the services provided and do not include product totals.
All Visa, MasterCard or Discover payments will be scanned and then finalized through Vagaro services via iPad or computer and a receipt will be e-mailed to you. No credit card information is seen by or shared with us as it is processed directly by Merchant Services.
